Cheer has evolved from pom-poms and a few choreographed moves to a highly skilled and exciting sport. To be a successful cheerleader tumbling skills are a necessity.
So if you’re a cheerleader on the lookout for the all important back handspring, standing back tuck, layout, or full, or you just a want a fun way to stay fit and learn cool tricks, then our Tumbling classes are for you!

Tumble 1: Introduces the basic foundations of tumbling: forward and backward rolls through bridge kickovers, cartwheels, and handstand forward rolls. No experience necessary! For students in Kindergarten and up.
Tumble 2: For students who have mastered the Tumble 1 curriculum and are ready to learn more! Students will progress through back walkovers, round offs, back extensions, and round-off back handsprings.
Tumble 3: For students who have mastered the Tumble 2 curriculum and are ready to develop round-off multiple back handsprings, back tucks, layouts, front tumbling, front tucks, and more.

CHEER SQUADS
CTC offers an excellent environment for cheer squads to safely practice tumbling, stunts, cheers, and dance choreography on a 54’x42’ regulation spring floor! Under the supervision of a CTC instructor and their cheer coach, squads may utilize the wall mirror, tramps, tumble track, spring floor, mats, and specialty skill trainers. Cheer coaches should contact CTC for arrangements.
PRIVATE LESSONS
CTC offers private lessons for all member students, at every ability level. Private lessons are ideal for non-competitive gymnasts, competitive gymnasts, cheerleaders, divers, trampoline enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the benefits of gymnastics, cheer, and fitness. Privates are by appointment only. Please contact CTC for availability.
